Floor-mounted fixtures are flexible in use because they do not need to be integrated into the floor. Therefore, move the fixture easily from room to room or even location to location. All the fixture needs is connection to power. Choose floor surface-mounted fixtures in the home, commercial buildings, office spaces or in outdoor locations, such as a patio.
For outdoor locations, it is important that the fixture has a minimum IP rating so that it is protected from (running) water. A fixture rated IP65 is completely waterproof, but for areas where water does not come directly on the fixture, an IP rating of 44 may be enough. Contact us for advice based on your situation.
